Your credit card will only be charged once after your order is placed.


If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Please only click the “Pay” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM PIECES MADE FOR MY BODY TYPE?

Absolutely! Nelissa Carrillo Design is always open to creating one-of-a-kind couture.

Note: this option is only available for residents in Chicago & surrounding areas.

I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW DO YOU ADDRESS THIS?

If you need to change your order please contact us immediately. If this is a change after design, time & materials have gone in, you will receive an invoice for change of project. Upon receiving invoice, your changes will be made.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ON AN ITEM?

All custom-made orders are non-refundable.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

A:  

Most orders ship within 2 business days of completion. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add nelissacarrillo@gmail.com to your safe sender list.
